As the Program Director at IAQS,he has been instrumental in designing and developing Bachelors and Masters programs in Actuarial Science and Quantitative Finance under the University of Mumbai, ensuring high-quality curriculum, faculty, and placement support. He is also the Co-Founder of FinStat, a venture that provides best-in-class actuarial and analytics coaching to students pursuing actuaries from IAI (India) or IFoA (UK) institutes.He has mentored over 5,000 students in the last five years and established partnerships with prestigious colleges and universities in India and the UK. Additionally, he is a Partner at BJRCA, a firm that offers process consulting and advisory services to various general insurance companies, as well as valuation and fund raising services to small and medium enterprises. He hold multiple credentials, including FRM, CA, and 7 Actuarial Papers, and specializes in data science training, R programming, business analytics, and general insurance process consulting.

As a passionate educator, he thrives on guiding students to transition from the academic world to the industry. Associated with IAQS and NMIMS over the past 3 years, he has mentored more than 900 students across Actuarial and Data Science.

He has completed his B.Sc. in Actuarial Science and Quantitative Finance from the Institute of Actuarial and Quantitative Studies. He has over 3 years of experience in providing risk management and advisory services to both domestic and foreign banks and financial institutions. He is currently working at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP in their Strategy, Risk and Transactions business. He is also an industry faculty at IAQS teaching subjects related to financial markets and risk management.
